  Popped in last week to look at upgrading. Walked in and 2 members of staff were dealing with a customer. So I thought I'd have a look around and wait. Not one of them acknowledged me, said hello, told me they wouldn't be long, take a seat, nothing!! I appreciate they were busy but how do these people get customer facing roles? I sat down for around 20 mins and after still getting no response I walked out. I mean I went in to give my custom and didn't even get so much as a hello? There was a gentleman who looked like he was also waiting and he even looked bugged! So I thought I'd right a review as to tell you the truth I think it's disgusting.

  Went to Balby store to upgrade fones today. Adam was absolutely great .. could see we werent very gud with technology and helped us through the change .. went to our local wath store on friday only to be waiting 45mins and listen to the tesco colleague talking to her customer about tattoos whilst 3 customers were waiting to be served. Well worth the visit to balby and the employee had excellent customer service...
